Mobile App
The secure mobile app connects directly with the Ed-Fi data so designated school users: administration, teachers, parents, and/or district officials can sign in.
Superintendents and principals can be attending a conference and still be able to see what’s happening in the school with the mobile dashboard. A superintendent can open their phone and see how many teachers are absent, has the cover system worked and were any outside substitute teachers called in. Administrators can check the attendance of students, review how many works, assignment projects are being done, and determine if they are on track for the turn in dates.
Teachers can use the mobile phone during hall pass to help students to their correct class or make sure they are in the class they should be in.
Parents and students can view homework and assignments on the mobile app, including turn in dates as created in Google classroom.
In this way, the Ed-Fi and Google Classroom are coordinated and incorporated into a secure mobile app solution that is being used by students, parents,
